- Abstract:
- The photograph taken from the parapet of Fort Christian, shows the Waterfront Drive that is paved in cement to the entrance of the Military Barracks, now Virgin Islands Legislature Building. The rail allowed heavy carts to transport materials, along the this area, once known as the Barrack Yard. Today, it serves as the site of the Federal Court Complex and prison facility.
