Ideas and Issues from The Virgin Islands and The Caribbean is a collection of essays and statements presented for The Virgin Islands Cultural Issues Summit hosted by the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS) at the University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) on the Albert A. Sheen (AAS) Campus in St. Croix, Virgin Islands (USA) on September 28. 2012. This publication reflects proceedings of that 2012 Summit edited and distributed as the inaugural journal of the Virgin Islands and Caribbean Cultural Center.
